Data we process on this page
This page does not use cookies or contact forms. We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics tool to understand how the page is used (see below). No personal profiles are created.
Web analytics with Umami
This site uses Umami, a self-hosted, privacy-friendly web analytics tool. Umami is operated on our own server (Hetzner, Germany) and does not use cookies, does not transmit data to third countries, and does not create cross-site user profiles.
Data collected: anonymised page views, referrer URL, browser type, operating system, screen size, language, and country (derived from a truncated IP address). The IP address itself is not stored.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding how our service is used and improving it). Retention: aggregated data only; no individual session storage beyond 30 minutes.
If you wish to opt out, enable "Do Not Track" or an equivalent setting in your browser, or use a tracking blocker.
Server logs
When you access this site, the web server automatically records the following data for security and operational integrity:
- IP address (truncated where technically feasible)
- Date and time of request
- Requested URL
- HTTP status code and bytes transferred
- Referrer URL (if transmitted by your browser)
- User-agent string (browser and OS identification)
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable web service). Retention: 7 days, then automatic deletion.
Hosting
This site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. A data-processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag) is in place.
Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to information (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77). To exercise these rights, contact the controller via the email above.
